PTA Updates

Dear Landmark Families,

It is hard to believe next month is June and another school year will be over!  It will be summer before we know it!

This coming Thursday, May 18th at 6 pm via zoom we will be having our next General PTA meeting.  We are so excited to be having students from each grade come and share about their respective grades.  They will be sharing insight as to what their grade is like and what can be expected.  It is always so great to hear from the students themselves.  All families, new and returning, along with their Landmark Student/s, are welcome to come!  We hope to see many of you there!  Click here to join the PTA meeting.

Our PTA Executive Board Elections are coming up as well.  The positions that are open are President/Co-Presidents, Recording Secretary and Treasurer/Co-Treasurer.  If you are interested please reach out to Raymond Quinones, our Parent Coordinator at rquinones@landmarkhs.org or email us directly at pta@landmarkhs.org Please reach out with any questions you may have about the positions.  We really do need your support to keep things going for our wonderful students.  The PTA has been able to sponsor many events such as bake sales, a school dance, a winter holiday celebration, teacher appreciation breakfast and much more. All hands are needed on deck to make these wonderful things happen.  All this starts with a strong PTA Executive Board leading the pack.  Please consider running!

Thank you to all of you for your support over this past year, from food donations to monetary donations.  All that was done this year would not have happened without all of you!

See Everyone Thursday,

Landmark HS Executive Board

Mission & Values
Our Parent Association's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
Landmark H.S Parent Association offers a variety of resources to assist families in their children's education.
Parent Association can play a pivotal role in how the standards are put in place at the state and district levels. PA leaders are encouraged to meet with their school, district and/or state administrators to discuss their plans to implement the standards and how their PTA can support that work.
The goal is that PTAs and education administrators will collaborate on how to share the guides with all of the parents and caregivers in their states or communities.

Supply List

If you show up on the first day with something to write with, something to write on, somewhere to put papers, you're all set. In the past, we've gotten the feedback that some purchased supplies from supply lists went unused.

We are able to provide most of what you need, and don't recommend getting a lot of supplies before you start.
