Welcome to March! 🌷 The days are getting a little longer, and we are heading into a busy stretch of the semester with important academic milestones and opportunities ahead. Between marking period deadlines, family conferences, and upcoming college readiness exams, this is an important time to stay focused and organized. The spring will fly by. 📢 Announcements

PSAT (10th Grade) & SAT (11th Grade) – April 1On Wednesday, April 1, 10th graders will take the PSAT and 11th graders will take the SAT. NYCPS covers the full cost of these exams, so there is no fee for students. These assessments can open doors to college opportunities, scholarships, and give students important practice in a formal testing setting.

March Attendance Challenge – Movie Tickets! 🍿

During the first two weeks of March, students can earn free movie tickets by:

⭐ Achieving 95% or higher period attendance, or⭐ Showing the most improved period attendance compared to last marking period.

Every class counts. Show up, stay consistent, earn a movie night! 🎬

NYS College Trip to Buffalo – March 25–27  🎓

We are planning a college visit trip to Buffalo, NY from March 25–27. Final details and eligibility criteria will be shared this week. Students should check Jupiter or stop by the College Office for updates. Participation will be open to students with excellent attendance and behavior, with priority given to students with an 80+ GPA.
